Ordinary Japanese Dinner

Sushi and Tempura are thought typical Japanese food by foreigners, but I hardly ever eat both of them, eve though I love them. Here, I showed my dinner of one day. They are Miso-soup, Steamed rice, a steamed egg hotchpotch which I bought at a supermarket, a grilled Pacific saury with ground Japanese radish and dressed boiled burdock root in a sesame mayonnaise sauce. Usually, I eat various food such as Chinese, Italian, Korean and so on. But recently I realized traditional Japanese diet is the best for my health. So I'm trying to eat them.
